Intro to TKD - Basics: blocks – stances – kicks – strikes – practice on a bag

Self-defense: posture – eye contact – walking with confidence – trust your instincts - using your voice – be where adults can see you – elementary moves – how to handle bullies (deescalate!) -  how to handle adult attackers

Being a Black Belt Superhero: Commitment – Confidence – Courage – Respect – Perseverance – Choosing to be a Superhero and not a Villain

Wear loose clothes, bring water, and be prepared to workup a sweat
