Escrima Class: 10:30am-11:30am
Sparring Class: 11:30am-12:30pm
Technique Class: 12:30-1:30pm
Beginners = White, Yellow, and Orange Belts
Intermediate = Camo, Green, Blue, and Purple Belts
Advanced = Red, Brown, and Black Belts
Escrima = Blue Belts and up (optional class)
Saturdays and Core Classes =
T-shirts and headbands are allowed
Sparring = Camo Belts and up only!!
Technique = open to all ranks - the focus is training for board breaking – highly recommended for Red Belts and up
Core = workout class – it’s for everyone, not just TKD students
Bonus Virtual Training:
For those wishing to earn extra participation stickers, there is a two stickers per week option via virtual training.
Here are the guidelines:
Students who send Mr. McMurray a video of themselves doing a Form(s), and/or One-Steps, and/or explaining a workout completed can earn an Attendance Sticker upon return to class. Once the student receives feedback and sends an additional video demonstrating improvement from the given feedback, a second Attendance Sticker can be earned.
A maximum of two Attendance Stickers can be earned weekly for virtual training 😀
